How to Post Announcements on Our Platform

Step-by-Step Guide:

  1. Search for the Announcement Tool:

  1. Type “announcement” in the search box.
  2. Add the Announcement Tool:

  1. Click on the “Add Announcement Tool” button located at the top right corner.
  2. Schedule Your Announcement:

  1. To schedule the announcement, tick the box labeled “Is Scheduled Announcement” and set preferred date and time.
  2. However, if you want to send direct announcement neglect the schedule box.


  1. Target Specific User Groups:

  1. To send the announcement to a specific user group, click on the box “User Group.”
  2. Select an existing group or create a new group.
  3. However, if you to wish to send a direct announcement to all, leave the user group field empty. This means once you fail to select a user group, announcement is delivered to all.


  1. Compose Your Announcement:

  1. Type your announcement in the announcement widget.
  2. Save and Post:

  1. Save and submit your announcement to post it.
