How to Post Announcements on Our Platform
Step-by-Step Guide:
- Search for the Announcement Tool:
- Type “announcement” in the search box.
- Add the Announcement Tool:
- Click on the “Add Announcement Tool” button located at the top right corner.
- Schedule Your Announcement:
- To schedule the announcement, tick the box labeled “Is Scheduled Announcement” and set preferred date and time.
- However, if you want to send direct announcement neglect the schedule box.
- Target Specific User Groups:
- To send the announcement to a specific user group, click on the box “User Group.”
- Select an existing group or create a new group.
- However, if you to wish to send a direct announcement to all, leave the user group field empty. This means once you fail to select a user group, announcement is delivered to all.
- Compose Your Announcement:
- Type your announcement in the announcement widget.
- Save and Post:
- Save and submit your announcement to post it.
